Your market must take place between August 1 and December 31, 2025.
Photograph your receipt
Attach a clear photo or screenshot of your vendor receipt or confirmation (JPG/PNG/PDF). All receipts and purchases are validated.
Email your claim
Send an email to [email protected] including:
- Subject: Town & Trade Rewards Claim
- Your Name and Business
- Event name & location
- Event date (AugāDec 2025)
- Attach the receipt/confirmation image
- Your chosen perk: āFree in-app post + pushā or ā$15 off booth (SWITCHER15)ā
After you send it
- We verify your documentation and eligibility window (AugāDec 2025).
- We confirm your perk and schedule your in-app post/pushāor you apply SWITCHER15 for $15 off your booth at checkout.
- Youāll receive timelines, asset requests (if needed), and a confirmation.
Speed up approval
- Ensure the event name and date are clearly visible on the image.
- Use the subject line exactly: Town & Trade Rewards Claim.
- Confirm your reply-to email address is correct.
