Can I change my Perk?
You can change your perk whenever you feel it's needed. All members are told to check with the business for the most recent perk offering. We only publish your initial perk.
How do you track results?
We provide QR codes and affiliate links for checkāins and signāups, plus dashboards for revenue, redemptions, and payouts.
When do I start getting promoted?
After POS tracking is set up (within 14 days of enrollment) and your initial creative is approved, we activate your promotions.

The Livable Forest Perks Program Agreement
This Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into on the date the enrollment form is submitted by the participating business ("Partner Business") and is made between The Livable Forest ("TLF") and the Partner Business. This document outlines the terms and expectations for participation in the Livable Forest Perks Program ("Perks Program") ā a mutual partnership designed to boost visibility, drive customer loyalty, and strengthen our local business community.
1. Social Media Participation
Upon acceptance into the program, the Partner Business agrees to announce their new partnership on their official social media pages within 24 hours of enrollment. This announcement should:
- Clearly communicate the exclusive benefit available to Livable Forest Perks Card holders
- Tag @TheLivableForest in the post for verification and community sharing
2. PointāofāSale (POS) Tracking
To ensure transparent performance tracking, the Partner Business must implement a method for recognizing and recording Perks Card usage through their POS system within 14 days of enrollment.
- This can be a custom button, code, or identifier tied to redemptions
- Proof of setup is required before The Livable Forest will promote your partnership to the community
3. Program Commitment
- The Partner Business agrees to participate in the Perks Program for a minimum of one (1) year from the enrollment date.
- Early termination is not permitted during the initial 12āmonth period.
- After the oneāyear term, the business may choose to renew or discontinue the partnership.
4. Perk Modifications
- Perk offerings may be updated once every six (6) months following your signup anniversary date.
- All updates must be submitted in writing and approved by TLF before being implemented or promoted.
5. Infraction & Accountability Policy
First Infraction: A written notice will be issued outlining the issue and corrective steps. No fines will be applied, but the infraction will be documented.
Second Infraction (within the same calendar year): A $100 administrative fine will be imposed. The Partner Business will be given a reasonable period to resolve the issue and reāalign with agreement terms.
6. Termination of Agreement
Repeated failure to uphold the terms of this Agreement may result in removal from the Perks Program without refund. The Livable Forest reserves the right to terminate the agreement if infractions are not addressed or if the brand relationship is deemed unfit for the community values.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of Texas, where The Livable Forest operates.
By submitting your enrollment form and completing payment, you agree to the terms outlined in this Agreement. Your participation reflects a shared commitment to strengthening our local community ā and weāre proud to partner with you.
