Concessions Vendor Opportunities
Thank you for your interest in participating in The Livable Forest® community event series at Town Center Park in Kingwood, Texas.
The Livable Forest® is currently accepting concessions vendors for both:
• Movies in the Park
• Concerts in the Park
These recurring community experiences are designed to bring families, couples, friends, and the community together through seasonal entertainment, outdoor gatherings, and memorable evenings throughout the fall season.
Vendor Opportunity Details
Only ONE concessions vendor will be selected per event date in order to create a streamlined guest experience and maximize sales opportunity for the selected vendor.
Vendors also have the option to secure ALL Friday event dates for the full season.
We are currently looking for vendors offering:
• Popcorn
• Candy
• Drinks
• Cotton Candy
• Sweet Treats
• Movie Snacks
• Light Festival-Style Food Options
Vendor Fee
$100 Per Event Date
OR
$2,000 • Full Friday Season Placement
(All Available Fridays August–December)
Vendor Setup Information
• Tent-style setups are strongly preferred
• Food trucks are permitted only if operating quietly or utilizing silent/battery-powered generators
• Vendors may begin setup and concessions service around 7:00 PM
• Movies typically begin around 8:00 PM and conclude around 9:30 PM
• Concerts in the Park typically run from 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM

No events will take place on December 25 due to the Christmas holiday.
Vendor Expectations
Selected vendors are expected to:
• Maintain a clean and professional setup
• Arrive on time and fully prepared
• Operate in a family-friendly environment
• Follow all local permitting and food service requirements
• Provide excellent customer experience for guests attending the event series

The Livable Forest® event experiences are designed to create recurring community engagement opportunities throughout the Kingwood area while bringing visibility to participating businesses and vendors.
As the series continues to grow, vendors will have the opportunity to become part of one of Kingwood’s newest recurring seasonal community experiences.
