Went by Kingwood Town Center Park around 4:33 PM to see what was going on.

What I saw, in plain terms:
There were students out there, and yes, adults were present too.
Police officers were parked/stationed nearby for surveillance.
No traffic was blocked from what I could tell.
I drove straight through Town Center, up Kingwood Drive, and down…
