Spring Notes
Letting Go of
Mental Clutter
Sometimes the most exhausting kind of clutter isnāt physical at all. Itās mental. Too many tabs open emotionally. Too many unfinished thoughts. Too much noise constantly competing for attention at the same time.
I think many of us have become so used to carrying stress mentally that we barely notice how heavy it feels anymore. Constant scrolling. Constant comparison. Constant pressure to stay informed, productive, available, and emotionally responsive all at once.
Lately, Iāve been trying to create more mental quiet in small ways. Less unnecessary noise. More time away from my phone. More moments where my thoughts can slow down enough to settle instead of constantly racing ahead.
Sometimes peace begins the moment we stop giving everything access to our minds all at once.
