Performance Expectations & Event Information

Thank you for your interest in participating in The Livable Forest® Concert Series at Town Center Park in Kingwood, Texas.

The Livable Forest® Concert Series is a free recurring community experience designed to bring people together through live music, performances, atmosphere, and local community engagement throughout the fall season.

Our goal is to create relaxed and memorable Friday evenings for families, residents, and visitors while also providing local performers, organizations, and creatives with a platform for community visibility and exposure.

Concert Schedule

Performances will take place:

Every Friday

August through December

6:30 PM – 8:00 PM

Please note:
The only Friday excluded from the series will be December 25 due to the Christmas holiday.

Performance Format

In most cases, each evening will feature:

One primary performer, group, or featured experience per night.

This allows the event to maintain:

a smoother atmosphere
simplified setup logistics
a more immersive audience experience
and stronger promotion for featured performers

Special themed nights or seasonal showcases may occasionally include multiple performances.

Setup & Arrival Expectations

Selected performers/groups should plan to arrive approximately:

45–60 minutes prior to performance time.

This allows time for:

unloading
setup
sound checks
preparation
and coordination before guests begin arriving.

All performers are expected to:

arrive on time
remain professional
maintain a family-friendly experience
and respect the shared community environment of Town Center Park.

Equipment Requirements

At this time, performers are responsible for providing their own equipment and setup needs, including but not limited to:

instruments
microphones
speakers
extension cords
sound equipment
tables
chairs
props
specialty equipment
or additional setup materials

Please include any major setup needs within your submission form so our team can better review compatibility for the event space.

and participation in a growing seasonal community experience

This series is designed to support connection, creativity, and positive community experiences throughout Kingwood.

Submission does not guarantee selection.
Performance scheduling is based on availability, logistics, and overall event fit.
Performances must remain appropriate for public family audiences.
Weather conditions may affect scheduling adjustments when necessary.

Selected performers/groups will also be required to create a branded page/account within The Livable Forest® community platform prior to participation.
